Two of the most-searched protector brands, compared on what their own product pages state. We have not lab-tested either.

The short answer. Choose Belkin UltraGlass 2 if you want the thinnest stated glass (0.29 mm) and a limited lifetime warranty. Choose Spigen EZ Fit if you want two protectors in the box, a very forgiving alignment tray and one listing that fits several iPhone generations. Spigen’s 2-year warranty excludes drops, so a spare in the box is its answer to breakage.

Breakage

If you crack protectors often

Belkin’s lifetime warranty and ZAGG’s replacement programme exist for you. Spigen’s warranty excludes drops, so with Spigen your replacement is the second protector in the box. Across the life of a phone, which works out better depends on how often you break them and on the price on the day.

Installation

If installation worries you

Both include a tray. Spigen’s EZ Fit tray is the brand’s headline feature and it clips over the phone. Belkin’s Easy Align tray does the same job, and Belkin adds a dust-removal sticker. Most failed installs come from dust, not alignment, so clean the screen thoroughly with either.

Fit

iPhone 18 Pro and 17 Pro

The iPhone 18 Pro has the same dimensions as the 17 Pro. Belkin lists its UltraGlass 2 for both, and one Spigen EZ Fit listing covers the 18 Pro, 17 Pro, 17 and 16 Pro. See our iPhone 18 guide.
